We're not the cheapest, and we'd rather you knew that now than three emails in. These are the ranges most of our work lands in.
We'll tell you which end of the range you're at, and what would move you, before you commit to anything.
Fixed-price projects

Typical ranges. Your project gets a fixed quote once we know what it is.
Marketing websites
£4,500 – £9,000
From £4,500 for a straightforward site on a CMS your team can use. More pages, more integrations or more content to migrate pushes it up the range.
Bespoke web development
£8,000 – £25,000
Custom web apps, usually React or Laravel. Platform moves and migrations are fixed fee, from £7,500.
Mobile apps
From £10,000
A first version of a React Native app on both stores. Most of the cost is in how many screens and how much happens offline or in the background.
AI consultancy
£1,500 – £3,000
A fixed-price audit and roadmap: what is worth automating, what isn’t, and what it would cost. Builds from £5,000.
Email templating
From £350 per template
Tested across the clients people actually use, Outlook included.
Day rates and retainers
Time.
For agencies who need an extra pair of hands, and clients who want someone on call.

Agency overflow, ad hoc work, and AI work that doesn’t fit a fixed price.
Support, by the hour

10 hours a month. Unused hours roll over for four months.
After launch

Hosting only. Good for a site that rarely changes.

Everything in Care, plus five hours a month for changes and fixes.

Already working with us? Nothing changes. Existing clients stay on the rates they're on, and if that ever changes you'll hear it from Phil directly, not from this page.
Bigger projects are usually split into milestones, so you're never paying for months of work up front.
