Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This policy explains how amillionmonkeys ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08488765) based at Platform9, Hove Town Hall, Church Road, Hove BN3 2AF, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us, plus minimal, privacy-friendly analytics:

  • When you contact us — via the contact form or email: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message (this may include a project type and budget range if you select them). Our form sends straight to a person's inbox; it does not feed a CRM.
  • Analytics — we use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data or cross-site tracking information. The statistics it produces are fully aggregated and anonymous.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project — lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to someone who has contacted us) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract.
  • To keep aggregate, anonymous statistics about how the site is used so we can improve it — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers (sub-processors) to run the site and respond to you:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Postmark — transactional email delivery for contact-form messages.
  • Fathom Analytics — cookieless, anonymous usage statistics.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, that transfer is covered by suitable mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

Complaints

If you have a concern we'd like the chance to put it right, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
