Three plans, all ex VAT. Pick the one that matches how much your site changes.
Hosting
£30 / month
Hosting only. Good for a site that rarely changes and doesn't need much looking after.
Care
£150 / month
Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring. The plugins and core get updated, there's a backup if something goes wrong, and we hear about it when the site goes down.
Care + support
£425 / month
Everything in Care, plus five hours a month for changes and fixes. For sites that need a hand most months: a new page, a form that's stopped sending, a plugin that needs replacing.
Need more time?
Support.
For sites and apps that need more than a few hours a month, or less than a plan.
Support retainer
£650 / month
Ten hours a month for bigger sites and web apps. Unused hours roll over for four months, so a quiet month isn't wasted.
Support, by the hour
£75 / hour
No plan at all. Get in touch when something needs doing and pay for the time it takes.

FAQ.
Am I tied in?
No. Plans are paid monthly and there's no retainer lock-in. If you'd rather just call us when something needs doing, that's fine too.
Will you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes. We'll have a look at it first and tell you honestly what state it's in before you sign up to anything.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Phil. The person who answers the email is the person who fixes the site. Emails get a reply from a human, usually the same day.
Why does WordPress need looking after at all?
Because WordPress sites are mostly plugins, and plugins need regular updates for security. Leave them for a year and you're one bad update away from a white screen, or a site that's quietly been hacked. Nobody notices this work when it's done properly. That's rather the point.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. If you've handed a site over and your client wants someone to keep it running, we can look after it under your name. More on the agencies page.
