Ten years ago companies wondered whether they needed a website, the Yellow Pages was a much more important source of information.
Times have changed and businesses, charities and churches alike appreciate the need for a website. The question now is how your website can stand out from your crowd?
You can't fake it - pretending to be hip or slick if you're not - browsers are savvy people nowadays and they'll sniff you out immediately. But with our help you can create a website that reflects your values and connects to your target audience.
Once you've filled in our contact form we'll either drop you an email or call you to talk through your ideas so far. We know our stuff about how the internet works, what works and what doesn't, so please don't be offended if we chip in some ideas of our own. We'll write up a full brief and proposal and if you're happy we'll pick up a pen and paper (metaphorically of course) and start sketching what we think your site could look like.
Once you're happy, we'll set to work writing original code especially for you - no crappy off the shelf templates here, every site is unique to your requirements. As well as building a pretty front end (what your target audience sees), we'll also build a powerful and stable backend, ensuring your site is fast, doesn't crash and can be quickly and easily updated by you, the customer.
When the site is finished, if it is important to you, we'll do a few clever little bits to ensure Google stumbles across your site and likes what it sees. (Oh, by the way, if you're new to this, don't be fooled by people who tell you they can get on the first page of Google for a search term are lying, we'll do what we can though!). We'll also set up your email and ensure you can access visitor statistics as you need them.
If you're interested in employing our services, be sure to read how we work, on the about page. If you've got any questions that remain unanswered, be sure to give us a call.
Below are a few of the skills we use to make our clients something beautiful and functional...
Web language. Code which your browser of choice turns into a pretty website.
Generally, people don't read websites - I'm kind of surprised you're reading this - so you'll be pleased to know we're masters in design; taking an unhealthy interest in colours, fonts and layouts.
It's like HTML on some illegal narcotic. It can do clever things like interact with a database, which in turn is the key to allowing users to update website without having to write code.
The rules of presentation which govern almost everything about how a site looks, from the size of headings to the width of each page.
Search Engine Optimisation. People are only going to find your site if Google likes it, and while no-one can guarantee you'll get on the first page of Google for particular term, we can go some way to getting you there.
